how to disable "swipe up to unlock MIUI 10

First : Setting > Lockscreen and Password > Set Screen Lock > None ( You must disable Lockscreen password ) then go back to Developer Option to Enable Skip screen lock. That's it. But your phone will easily get hack from your friends :D
